District Board These elected officials guide the affairs of our ministerial organization, on a statewide level. This board consists of our sectional Presbyters—each elected by and from among the ministers of each given section of the state—and our Secretary-Treasurer and Superintendent (presiding over the District Board), each elected by and from among our statewide body of ministers. Our elected Superintendent also represents our district as a member of the General Board of the United Pentecostal Church International, which governs the affairs of our international organization of ministers. Two-year terms; elected by District Conference; alternating terms for Supt. and Sec-Treasurer; terms and term limits do not apply to honorary board memberships.

WV Heritage Committee / WV Heritage Society Dedicated to discovering, preserving, and publishing our godly, Apostolic heritage, through preservation of historical archives of facts, documents, photos, etc. Two-year term; appointed by Superintendent and ratified by District Board.
