Greetings in Jesus name. I am Rev. Leslie Clutter. My life is a perfect example of Psalm 40:2: "He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a solid rock and established my goings."
I came to Jesus with a lot of baggage—drugs, alcohol, severe depression and anxiety. The Lord healed and delivered me of all of it in 1998, when He filled me with His Spirit. He literally picked me up out of the miry clay and set my feet on a solid rock. Not long afterward, I felt the call into the ministry and begin preaching this glorious gospel message.
I was also blessed to marry the love of my life, Janette Clutter. The Lord has blessed us with four amazing children, two boys and two girls. I have been involved in all types of ministry from youth to children's evangelism to discipleship classes. However just recently my family has embarked on the most exciting journey of our lives and that is to plant a church.
In 2013 we started a preaching point in Summersville, WV, and in just over a year it has built up with steady saints who call this their church home. Through the ups and downs of church planting we are loving every bit of it. We love working in God's fields and can't imagine doing anything else.
We adopted our mother church's name, but it couldn't be more fitting for my life: Solid Rock Apostolic.
